HIGHWAY Equipment Operator/Laborer – Full Time

The Town of Conway is accepting applications for a Highway Department Equipment Operator/Laborer – Full Time-Benefited position. Applications accepted until the position is filled. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits. Massachusetts CDL Class B driver’s license with Airbrakes endorsement and Manual Transmission, Hoisters License 2B and DOT health card required prior to work. Must live within a reasonable response time. Must pass Town-provided physical and drug test prior to hiring; subject to random drug testing. Hourly Rate: $26.00-$32.00, based on licenses and experience.

Clerk/Administrative Assistant - Highway Department

The Town of Conway is seeking a Clerk/Administrative Assistant to support the Highway Department (includes Buildings and Grounds). The successful candidate will have good written, verbal and clerical skills, be able to communicate effectively with other municipal employees and the general public, and be familiar with Word, Excel, Facebook, and email applications in a Windows environment. The position is 8 hours per week at $20 per hour (unbenefitted).

The Town of Conway is seeking a transfer station attendant. Hours are every other Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday and the pay is $18.50 per hour.
