Posting Meetings

ALL BOARD AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS must become familiar with the Open Meeting Law. Please be reminded that legally posting a meeting requires providing the town clerk with written notice of the meeting, which may be emailed to her at clerk@conwayma.gov at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting date and time. The clerk is responsible for posting the meeting on the board outside of the Town Hall.
