Procurement opportunities
The towns of Conway and Ashfield are accepting proposals for a Planning Vendor to facilitate a joint Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) 2.0 program. Electronic submissions are due to the Conway Town Administrator by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, and the RFP is available until Monday, July 7th at 12:00 PM. A full copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained from Véronique Blanchard, Town Administrator, at townadmin@conwayma.gov. Vendor selection will be made by the Conway Select Board based on the most advantageous proposal submitted by a responsible and responsive vendor. The Town of Conway reserves the right to reject any and all submissions if deemed to be in the best interest of the towns.
