Conflict of Interest Law

As a state, county, or municipal employee in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are required to comply with the state conflict of interest law, including completing education on the law’s requirements.

As a state, county, or municipal employee in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are required to comply with the state conflict of interest law, including completing education on the law’s requirements. You are required to complete a training program course and a summary acknowledgment course. The training program course has to be completed every two years and the summary acknowledgment course has to be completed every year.
