A Guide to Posting Meetings, Agendas & Minutes

This is intended to be a guide for chairs of multiple-member bodies, and their associated members, responsible for posting meetings and filing minutes.

All board and committee members must swear-in with the Town Clerk after each appointment / election.

All board and committee members must complete the Conflict-of-Interest on-line training bi-annually and the Conflict-of-Interest Acknowledgement annually.

Cable Advisory Committee

The purpose of the Cable Advisory Committee is to advise the town on the contract with Comcast Cable, which happens every ten years.

Cemetery Commission

Established in 2020, the Town of Conway Cemetery Commission consists of three volunteer members who oversee the management of the seven historic town-owned cemeteries. These are: Boyden, Cricket Hill, Maynard (Poor Farm), Poland, Pumpkin Hollow, Shirkshire, and South Part. NOTE: Two of our largest local cemeteries, Howland and Pine Grove, are privately managed.  The Cemetery Commission usually meets once a month.
