Applications for Special Permits and Petitions for Variance from the ZBA must be accompanied by a check for $250.00 to cover costs associated with these proceedings. Please note that time for acting on any petition will not commence until you have completed all items on the petition form and filed it with the Town Clerk, along with payment of $250.00 for advertising and notifications.
