- Yoga for Seniors. Held at the library and on Zoom on Wednesdays. Gentle mat yoga 10:00-11:00 a.m., chair yoga 11:15 a.m.-12:00 noon. Call instructor Jody Fontaine, 413-824-9435, for information and the Zoom link.
- Healthy Bones & Balance Classes. Held on Zoom. Tuesdays 9:00-9:40 a.m., Fridays 9:00-9:30 a.m. Contact leader Gary Fentin. 369-0001. for the Zoom link.
- Senior Congregate Meals. For most months, held on the second and last Thursdays at Town Hall. Eat in or take home. Call Carolyn Thayer, 413-559-0282, for information or to be added to our email or phone list for announcements.
- Medical Equipment Loans: durable medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, commodes; call Hank Horstmann, 413-522-9240 to borrow equipment.
