    • - Elaine met with the other School Committee Chairs. Chris met with the Fire Chief about succession.

    • - Discussion and vote on transfer station electricity and creation of volunteer space.

      General Discussion...
      The town needs to coordinate electrical work, insulation and finishing touches. It was decided to wait for the spring so everything can be done at the same time.

      MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Erica Goleman: To delay further work on the new Conway Mall building until the spring.

    • - Discussion and vote on additional Melville property expenses.

      General Discussion...
      There is a buyer that is interested in the property and has engaged a surveyer. It was asked that the town pay the mortgage from the trust money appropriated. This will be $2,600 for December and January and the new owner should be in place.

      MOTION, moved by Erica Goleman, seconded by Christopher Waldo: For the town to pay the mortgage payments for December and January in the amount of $2,600 for the Melville property from the trust money that was appropriated. .

    • - Discussion and vote to approve biodiversity grant application authorization for Janet Chayes for Open Space.

    • - Discussion and vote on culvert grant program application for Brester Road; Jeff Bellino.

      General Discussion...
      Jeff Bellino is an engineer that does grant work for towns in the area. He gets paid through the grants that he writes. He feels that the town could get a $50,000 grant for the Brester culvert for repair work. The town will need to use $3,500 from the grant line budget for the preparation of the grant.

      MOTION, moved by Erica Goleman, seconded by Elaine Campbell: To hire Jeff Bellino to work on a grant on behalf of the town for the Brester culvert with an amount of $3,500.

    • - Vote to sign 2026 business licenses.

      MOTION, moved by Erica Goleman, seconded by Elaine Campbell: To set the detail rate at $75 to match surrounding towns. .

    • - Presentation of Right to Farm signs; Susan Schroder and Aimee Anderson

      General Discussion...
      Four of the signs are completed and ready to go up around town. Everyone felt that they were beautiful and can't wait to see the remaining two signs. The next two signs will have horses and it was suggested to have a contest to name them.

    • Letter review - Discussion and vote to sign letter of Conway priorities to state legislators.

      General Discussion...
      It was felt there should be a modification in paragraph 1. Something specific is needed regarding septic systems and wells for businesses. This pertains to state regulations that don't take into account small towns.
