   • - Discuss and vote to change date for Special Town Meeting.

     MOTION, moved by Erica Goleman, seconded by Elaine Campbell: To hold Special Town Meeting on December 6, 2025.

     Pass: Aye: Erica Goleman, Elaine Campbell. Not Present: Christopher Waldo.

4. New Business

   • 6:30: Joint meeting with the Finance Committee - Discuss and vote to approve a reserve fund transfer request for the Treasurer’s Department.

     General Discussion...
     The Finance Committee was called to order at 6:31 pm and closed at 6:56.
     
     There was a motion from Alan to transfer $3,000 from the reserve fund to pay Jan Warner for Treasurer/Collector training. It was seconded by John Craine, all said aye and the motion passed.

   • 6:30: Joint meeting with the Finance Committee - Discuss health care options re:HCGIT.

     General Discussion...
     It was recommended to stay with the trust for health insurance for the short term. There is no time for negotiations with the unions for the next fiscal year. The town will remain as is and continue looking at options. Alliant is still trying to get claims information for the town regarding our health insurance. If the trust does fail the town will be responsible for health coverage so this information is important.

   • 7:00: - Discussion and vote on applying for two free comprehensive building assessments (CBA) studies from Eversource; one for town hall and one for the grammar school.

     MOTION, moved by Elaine Campbell, seconded by Erica Goleman: .

     Pass: Aye: Erica Goleman, Elaine Campbell, Christopher Waldo.

   • 7:15: - Discussion and vote on signing the Upper Pioneer Valley Veterans’ Services District for FY27 & FY28.

     General Discussion...
     The board will work with Ron on a maintenance plan and look into the company that is responsible for their truck damaging the bridge.

     The Board would like to congratulate the Festival of the Hills Committee for a great weekend in Conway.
