     Erica attended a meeting with financial consultants from the Division of Local Services for the upcoming financial management report to the town.

   • - Discussion and vote to hire Nate Masse as a Police Officer.

     MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Elaine Campbell: To hire Nate Masse as a reserve police officer for the Town of Conway.

     Pass: Aye: Erica Goleman, Elaine Campbell, Christopher Waldo.

   • - Discussion and vote to approve FY26 Fire Department roster.

     MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Elaine Campbell: To approve the Fire Department roster for FY26.

     Pass: Aye: Erica Goleman, Elaine Campbell, Christopher Waldo.

   • - Discussion and vote on required uniform for TSAs.

     MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Elaine Campbell: To reinforce the policy that transfer station employees will wear the clothing the town provides. In an emergency, clothing from home will not display any logos or words.

   • - Vote to appoint Brian Allen to the Open Space committee for a term ending 6/30/28.

     MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Elaine Campbell: .

   • - Vote sign the contract with Taylor Davis Landscape for the Transfer Station

     MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Erica Goleman: To sign the Taylor Davis Landscape contract for the Transfer Station.

   • General Discussion...
     The meeting of the Selectboard for July 28, 2025, will be cancelled and the next meeting will tentatively be August 4, 2025.

     MOTION, moved by Erica Goleman, seconded by Elaine Campbell: To allow Chris Waldo to sign the construction contract and the committee appointment due to Erica Goleman being remote.

     Pass: Aye: Erica Goleman, Elaine Campbell, Christopher Waldo.
