    • - Vote to approve the Accounts Payable Warrant W25-27 in the amount of $196,439.06, the Payroll Warrant PW25-27 in the amount of $176,956.81, and the Payroll Deduction Warrant PDW25-27 in the amount of $43,092.52.

      Elaine attended the Senior Social. Erica met with Town Counsel. All attended the Annual Town Meeting.

    • - Discussion and vote on declining the Delabarre Avenue pre-hazard mitigation FEMA / MEMA grant.

      MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Erica Goleman: To decline the FEMA/MEMA grant based on constraints of the the grant and the ability to do the work in-house at a cost savings. .

    • - Sustainabiltiy committee next steps.

      General Discussion...
      The grant for the street light project should come through in the fall. The town will inform the citizens when the removal and upgrade will take place. An information session will likely take place during Special Town Meeting in the fall. Next the committee will look into grants and execution of solar energy for town buildings as well as an energy audit for the school.

    • - Reorganization vote on Selectboard officers.

      MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Elaine Campbell: To appoint Erica Goleman as Chair of the Selectboard with Chris Waldo as Vice Chair.

    • - Review of Annual Town Meeting and vote to close the transfer station on town meeting days.

      General Discussion...
      It was discussed that a few weeks before Town Meetings the Transfer Station Attendants will be asked if anyone is willing to work and a closing decision will be made if two people are not available.

      MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Elaine Campbell: To close the Transfer Station on Town Meeting days if no attendant is available. If closed, the scheduled attendants will be paid for the time.

    • - Appointment of Jill Craig to the Forest & Trails Committee for a term ending 6/30/2028.

    • - Discussion and vote on changes to retirees health care benefits.

      MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Elaine Campbell: To cover 50% of health care benefits for the spouses and dependents of retirees effective June 16, 2025.

    • - Discussion and vote on placement of Mass in Motion bench in the South River Meadow.

      MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Erica Goleman: To place the new bench half way between the 2 existing benches in the South River Meadow.

    • - Discussion and vote on hiring Taylor Davis Landscape & Construction for transfer station paving.

      MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Erica Goleman: To hire Taylor Davis Landscape and Construction, as lowest quote submitted, to excavate the sunken areas, fill and then repave the Transfer Station pad. .
