1. Warrants

   • - W25-SAF-03 in the amount of $1,299.24

     MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Erica Goleman: .

     Pass: Aye: Christopher Waldo, Erica Goleman, Elaine Campbell.

2. Meetings Attended by Select Board Members

   • General Discussion...
     Erica attended a pole walk with Eversource regarding the work on North Poland Road.

4. Unfinished Business.

   • - Discussion and vote on Bobbi Melville Guilford Trust fund application.

     General Discussion...
     Bobbi Melville came to discuss the Guilford Trust she has applied for. She has been able to secure quotes for mold remediation and flooring. She will be looking into final quotes for electrical work and plumbing. She will also be requesting funds to offset the remaining mortgage. Once Bobbi has all the final numbers, she will return to the board for their decision.

   • - Discussion and possible vote on stipend for highway superintendent.

     General Discussion...
     Further discussion was had on snow and ice stipends for the Highway Supervisor. The discussion focused on when would a stipend kick in during the snow removal months. It was concluded that anything over 2 weeks, 80 hours, would trigger a stipend for every hour over worked. It will be important for the supervisor to track his hours moving forward and not use the crews time sheets. Based on this decision, it was decided a stipend of $3,500 would be paid this year based on hours worked over 80 with time and a half. This will be added to the job description.

     MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Erica Goleman: To approve a Highway Supervisor stipend of $3,500 for snow removal time over 80 hours for 2024-2025 winter season. Moving forward the stipend will kick in for any hours over 80 that the supervisor will keep track of separate from the crew. .

4. Select Board and Finance Committee

   • - Final review and vote on recommendations on warrant articles.

     General Discussion...
     Finance was called to order at 6:36 and adjourned at 7:13.
     
     The committee voted on articles 2, 10, 11, 12 and 18 with an outcome of 3-0-2 for each. The committee had no objections for the stipend proposed for the Highway Superintendent.

5. New Business

   • - Final review and vote on recommendations on warrant articles.

     MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Erica Goleman: To approve all the articles for the FY26 warrant.

   • - Discussion and vote to sign Woodlands Partnership letter of support.

   • General Discussion...
     Regarding some complaints with flat tires, the board confirmed that the gravel that highway spreads is DOT and FRCOG approved. Residents have been informed of this finding.
