1. Warrants

   • - Vote to approve the Accounts Payable Warrant W25-05 in the amount of $270,506.57, the Payroll Warrant PW25-05 int the amount of $136,136.22, and the Payroll Deduction Warrant PDW25-05 in the amount of $29,293.29.

5. New Business

   • - Discussion and possible vote with Jan Ameen on bulky waste pricing and discussion with the Transfer Station employees on feedback to changes since the modified PAYT program began and on areas that need improvement.

     General Discussion...
     Bulky waste will be the next priority for the Selectboard. We are producing more bulky waste than the amount of permits that are purchased would indicate. The board will be looking at the pricing of individual items. They will also be looking at a fee for the use of the bulky waste dumpster. Perhaps showing a $5 receipt when dumping or using a standard amount of stickers before using the dumpster. The town will be looking at the policies of other towns before voting on a decision.
     New cameras will be $700 and then a monthly service fee. The board will be looking into new lights as it gets dark in areas earlier in the winter months. The current catwalk is dangerous and well need to be replaced soon. The attendants shed will need some repairs and requested epi-pens be on hand next year during the bee season.

   • - Discussion and vote on hiring Maxwell Gagnon as a Traffic Control Officer.

   • - Discussion and vote on drafting a letter of support for the Northern Tier railroad line.

     MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Elaine Campbell: To submit a letter of support for Northern Tier railroad line.

     Pass: Aye: Christopher Waldo, Erica Goleman, Elaine Campbell.

   • - Discussion and vote on accepting the Public Safety Office Building bid by MapleRow Farm.

     MOTION, moved by Elaine Campbell, seconded by Erica Goleman: To accept the bid from Maple Row Farm.

     Pass: Aye: Christopher Waldo, Erica Goleman, Elaine Campbell.

6. Items Not Anticipated 48 Hours in Advance of the Meeting

   • None - Vote to sign the Hank Hortsmann property sale.

     MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Elaine Campbell: To sign the deed for 0 off Ashfield Road which Hank Hortsmann has purchased.
