      Two parcels were in chapter for some-years when they should not have been
      Deeds needed to be changed to be identical for the parcels to qualify
      The parcels were pulled out of chapter status for FY24
      Deeds recorded in October 2023, parcels will return to chapter status beginning FY2025

      Tyler and AP-5 will be in touch with each other
      the State sent a form to be completed regarding the conversion
      Training should begin late March, early April
      Roy B coming in to help get things correct with the import
      Board will double check data afterwards

      2021 abatements after the change to effective year built 1985, after change still not satisfied with the cost per square foot.
      George requested she email him a detailed list of her questions and exactly what she is looking for.
