     - Multiple sales brochures for magazines and educational fliers
     - Email re wholesale medication lockboxes - possible purchase for distribution to residents with opioid prescriptions

     9/3/2024 - Sabans Road - perc test for possible new building lot

4. Health and wellness report

   • General Discussion...
     - Four human EEE cases. Risk in Conway remains remote
     - Positive mosquito tests for WNV in Greenfield moving the risk up to moderate
     - COVID levels remain high. Wastewater testing levels have peaked and are trending down. COVID vaccines are available. A good time to get vaccinated for COVID and FLU is late October, early November.

5. Food services and inspections

   • General Discussion...
     - One pending permit for one day (Festival of the Hills) food vendor
     - One permit denied for BNB

6. Septic and well permit applications

   • General Discussion...
     - Septic repair application received and forwarded to Agent for review.
     - Well drilling application completed and is ready for signatures
     - Final water tests for new well received - note: unusual case as the homeowner installed the well pump and did their own water testing, requesting only certain criteria. Usually the well company does the testing with much broader criteria.

8. Update on private well policy

   • General Discussion...
     Subcommittee met and began review of the potential policy. Further meetings and discussions to come.

9. Further discussion re 'flow' for submitting septic and well permit applications

   • General Discussion...
     Some discussion on the process and why the 'old way' no longer works. Further review and discussions to come.
