    • General Discussion...
Kat talked about the large number of emails that come into the BOH daily and how a lot are either spam or quick questions answered by the clerk. It was agreed that it would be best to not forward 'all' emails to board members. Kat and Laurie will put together a list of agencies that regularly send informational emails to the board so that members can directly sign up to receive those. Currently everyone is already on the list to receive emails from FRCOG and MAPHCO.

  11. Unanticipated items of concern that arises after posting

    • General Discussion...
Raccoon encounter - rabies test came back as negative.

Kat, along with someone from FRCOG, will be addressing the Selectboard regarding the Opioid Settlement Funds and both thoughts on expenditures and also contributing to a larger pool.

Kat or Emily will reach out to Amanda (EMD director) to invite her to a meeting to discuss the BOH's role in emergency management and how best to coordinate efforts between the departments.

Kat will begin to look at updating our communications plan for health emergencies. In the meantime, Laurie will be purchasing a sandwich board as a way to relay messages to the public. The general idea is - an article will be written for the website concerning a 'public safety alert', for example, - a message will be put on the board, roadside, highlighting the alert and directing people to check the website for further information

Regular agenda item to be added - choosing the topic for the Conway Currents following publication and followed by review of board approval of article written.

Laurie to swap out the BOH101 reference book for the MAHB Legal Handbook, this will be available for review by members, or a copy can be made for anyone wishing one

Kat gave a quick overview of what happens at a CPHS Oversight Board meeting

  12. Public comments

    • General Discussion...
      None

  13. Meeting Wrap-up

The listing of matters is those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.
