    • - Karen Eldred, library volunteer, to discuss the season’s story walk presentations at Veterans Memorial Park.

      General Discussion...
The library will be doing story walks on the third weekend of each month. It consists of panels that have a page of a children's book that families can enjoy reading together. Conway is lacking is library activity for younger children and families. The goal is to increase the story walks and even add play events that help younger children socialize and begin enjoying the love of reading.

    • - Review Annual Town Meeting.

      General Discussion...
The feedback to Annual Town Meeting has been positive. The moderator laid out the rules and ran a successful meeting. For next time it is felt that presentations should be held to 2 minutes followed by questions. All the housekeeping articles should be done in one batch with the explanation that the following are yearly 'have to be done', to avoid confusion. Encourage people to arrive at 9:30/9:45 so they have enough time to get clickers and look over hand-out materials. Possibly even post a 9:45 start on the sandwich boards so people are ready at 10:00.

  9. Selectboard member comments/concerns

Chris will be looking further into Nexamp and Eversource. Their response to citizens and the board have not been satisfactory. Unfortunately, the Selectboard has no leverage over the situation at this point. The Planning Board may and this will be investigated.
