      General Discussion...
Residents from Elm Street brought some water concerns. Since the road has been paved, there is substantial water in residence driveways and yards. They say the new road is 8 inches higher that the old road. The board viewed some pictures of the run-off and will inform the Highway Department of the issue.

The town no longer has the crisis riding officer. The Sheriff's office has a new program. This will be more of a follow-up service provided to towns. General Discussion...
Criteria for the town to become a Climate Leader were discussed. Establish a local committee, work on a decarbonization roadmap, establish goals by 2030 for 2050, and zero emission goals for town purchases. Zero emission goals are loose for heavy machinery and emergency vehicles. Efforts will be made for these areas.
