   • 6:00: - Update from the Sustainability Committee.

     General Discussion...
     The Sustainability Committee was checking to see what future projects they should focus on. It was discussed that they will meet the school regarding the boiler and mini-splits. Elaine will get contacts moving. The solar survey will be available in May for their attention. Climate Leader program will be look at further along with other grants that may be available for the town.

   • 6:10: Joint Meeting with Finance Committee - Discuss and vote on End of Year line to line transfer for the Police Department. Discuss and vote on Town Meeting warrant articles. Discuss and vote on Reserve Fund Transfer Request for Treasurer.

     General Discussion...
     The Finance Committee voted on Article 2 which passed 3-0 with Roy Cohen absent. The Select Board voted 3-0 on Articles 1 to 25.

     MOTION, moved by Erica Goleman, seconded by Christopher Waldo: To approve a line to line transfer of $2326.23 for Treasurer and $3,000 for Police Department fuel costs and $1,000 for maintenance. .

     Pass: Aye: Erica Goleman, Elaine Campbell, Christopher Waldo.

     MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Elaine Campbell: To approve the Warrant articles 1 to 25.

     Pass: Aye: Erica Goleman, Elaine Campbell, Christopher Waldo.
