General Discussion...
$2,500 transfer from the reserve fund voted by the finance committee to cover the Assistant Treasurer Collector hours which were left out of the FY26 budget.
There was a discussion to increase the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer by six hours per week each. This will include any COLA for the year. The Town Clerk positions everywhere have increased in responsibility. The clerk is looking for a raise in the yearly stipend. As it is a stipend, any raise would be without COLA.
It was discussed that right now the budget is increasing 5.13%. A COLA of 3% will be the starting point for further discussion.
