   • General Discussion...
     Erica attended a meeting with the Festival of the Hills where they discussed the transition back to being a town committee.

   • - Discussion on process for upcoming health care plan change bargaining with unions.

     General Discussion...
     The negotiation process will be starting. Veronique will be appointed as the representative fro the Select Board. June Chamberlain will be appointed as the retiree for the committee.

   • - Discuss and vote on motion: I move the Town elect to engage in the process to change health insurance benefits under M.G.L. c. 32B, §§ 21 through 22.

     MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Erica Goleman: .

     Pass: Aye: Erica Goleman, Christopher Waldo. Not Present: Elaine Campbell.

   • - Discuss and vote on appointment of Conway Grammar School retiree June Chamberlain as a member of the new IAC, and appointment of town administrator as Selectboard representative designee to the IAC.

     MOTION, moved by Erica Goleman, seconded by Christopher Waldo: .

     Pass: Aye: Erica Goleman, Christopher Waldo. Not Present: Elaine Campbell.

   • 6:10: Joint Meeting with Finance Committee - Review and discuss budgets: update to 163 Elections, 190 Personnel, 300 Conway Grammar School draft, 541 Council on Aging, 543 Veterans.

     General Discussion...
     163 will be discussed at the next meeting.
     190 not change.
     541 has double to increase services for seniors.
     300 has not been voted on and is still preliminary.
     543 the benefits line was increased per recommendation of the UPVVA.

     August 22 there is a bike tour coming through the town.
     Mass Department of Fish and Game is considering to purchase the fee interest land partially in Conway.
