1. Meetings Attended by Select Board Members

   • General Discussion...
     Elaine attended a School Committee meeting. They are trying to be very responsible with the budget for this year. The sidewalk in the front of the school needs attention in the near future.

   • 6:10: - Budget Review: 145, 710, 751,752, 900 Treasurer/Collector; 210 Police, 220 Fire, 830 FRCOG

     General Discussion...
     210 will be increasing $158,876 to $166,211 with more funds for training.
     220 has a slight increase.
     145 has an increase due to increase in hours.
     710, 751 and 752 standard debt and interest lines.
     900 has increases due to health insurance, unemployment and retirement increases.

   • 6:30: - Discussion with FCAT about a member of the Select Board joining FCAT’s board; Jonathan Boschen.

     MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Elaine Campbell: To nominate Erica to be a member of the FCAT Board of Directors. .

     Pass: Aye: Elaine Campbell, Christopher Waldo. Not Present: Erica Goleman.

   • 6:40: - Update on final two Right to Farm signs; Susan Schroder and Aimee Anderson.

     General Discussion...
     The final sign has been finished and will go to be made. As soon as the frost permits, the signs will be placed at the entrances to Conway. Aimee and Susan would like to submit information about the project to the currents. This will include a contest for naming the final animal on the last sign. They will also look into have the Grammar School participate so the kids can give name suggestions. It was requested that the town lawyer look into helping with a copyright for the images on the signs. This will be addressed soon.

5. Items Not Anticipated 48 Hours in Advance of the Meeting

   • - Vote to approve Chris Herman to submit a grant for industrial washer/drier for the Fire Department.

     MOTION, moved by Christopher Waldo, seconded by Elaine Campbell: .
