   • General Discussion...
     Phil attended the Frontier School Committee meeting.

   • None.

5. New Business

   • - Town Administrator request to begin exploring a Repair Café in Conway.

     General Discussion...
     A repair cafe would be a place for people to bring items that need a small fix instead of buying a new one. There will need to be a look into liability and there will need to be volunteers that are willing to do the repair work.

   • Discuss timing of the Annual Report.

     General Discussion...
     An idea to have the annual report ready for November or December was discussed. Mailing it out in June, the town is distributing information that is a year old. The Select Board seemed fine with the idea of producing it early. It could be available early on the website and still mailed with the June mailings for residents that aren't online.

   • MassDOT safe passing signs.

     General Discussion...
     It was decided not to accept the free signs from MassDot. Placing the signs was time sensitive and any signs not used would have to be returned at the town's expense.

   • Review of information from Tree Warden hearing.

     General Discussion...
     The concerns going forward involve the town creating a policy that will comply with the state shade tree law. The town will need to look at budgeting for large tree removal and the creation of a shade tree bylaw to address the questions and concerns which came up during this first tree hearing.

   • Vote to sign the contract with Denis K. Burke, Inc. for diesel fuel.

     MOTION, moved by Erica Goleman, seconded by Christopher Waldo: For Phil to sign the contract with Denis K. Burke, Inc. for diesel fuel. .

   • Pollinate Conway update.

     MOTION, moved by Philip Kantor, seconded by Erica Goleman: To allow the Pollinate Conway! pollinator club to begin their garden work in Veteran's Memorial Park. .

   • General Discussion...
     There have been concerns about speeding on Emerson Hollow Road. The Select Board will be talking to other departments about lowering the speed limit.
