     Correspondence re: purchasing Boeh property to protect the South River

3. Abatement applications

     Two held for site visits. One approved

     MOTION, moved by Lee Whitcomb, seconded by Russell French: to approve abatement (C.H.) and make changes and corrections as discussed.

     Pass: Aye: Russell French, Lee Whitcomb. Abstain: Roxanne Parent.

4. Site Visits

   • New Growth

     General Discussion...
     Visits done last week and today for properties with new growth. Changes will be made and property cards adjusted.

5. Continue discussion on conflict of interest from last meeting

   • Tabled pending response from Ethics Commission

6. Other Business

   • Items of Concern brought up after agenda posting

     General Discussion...
     Two chapter applications remained - new return was due this year, therefore, property continues as is.
     
     One sale of chapter land recently - new owner continuing with forest plan - new lien written and old lien removed.
     
     Letter to homeowners re: inspections for assessments reviewed. Inspections should be done every ten years.
     
     Final FY24 budget request review. Russ moved to accept Lee's final figures, Roxanne 2nd - motion passed unanimously.
     
     Two warrants signed for property tax
     
     Final review and discussion of DLTA priorities
