- Vote to approve the Accounts Payable Warrant, the Payroll Warrant, and the Payroll Deduction Warrant .

- Chris attended a meeting with the Town Administrator and Jan Ameen to discuss the upcoming Transfer Station forum. He also attended the Planning Board meeting. Phil attended the first meeting of the Screening Committee for the new Police Chief.
- Budgets to Review: 122-Selectboard, 150-Town Administration, 151-Legal, 159-IT, 175-Planning Board, 190-Personnel, 193-Town Insurance, 291-EMD, 650-Newsletter.
General Discussion...
In a joint session with the Finance Committee, the following budgets were reviewed with no objections from those present.
1) Select Board level funded at $6,500.
2) Legal decreased to $10,000.
3) Planning Board increased to $2,350.
4) Town Insurance is expected to have a 5% increase.
5) Newsletter will be level funded at $6,000.
6) Town Administrator's budget will have a decrease of just over $1,000.
7) EMD will be level funded at $4,250.
8) Personnel will be kept open at $1.
9) IT was tabled until the next meeting.
- Discussion with Board of Health on use of opioid funds. .
General Discussion...
The board is looking to spend state money they received to help with the opioid problem in the area. They would like to get some Narcan that would be available to the community as well as a defibrillator. The board would also like to reach out to other towns and pool their resources to support families and individuals with resources that would supplement the services that are already available.
- Vote to appoint Phyllis Crane to Capital Improvement Committee for a term ending 6-30-25.

General Discussion...
It was decided that the Town Administrator would reach out to all the town departments and advise them of the budget problems for the next fiscal year. Everyone needs to be cautious with their spending for the rest of this year and should be ready for cuts that may come in the next fiscal year.
