3. Motor Vehicle Excise Abatement applications

   • MOTION, moved by George Forcier, seconded by Russell French: to approve and sign 'uncollectable' abatement summaries.

     MOTION, moved by Russell French, seconded by George Forcier: to approve 1 MVE abatement application.

4. RE / PP Abatement Applications

   • General Discussion...
     B.M. - discussion of inconsistent use code over the past years and request to abate previous three years as an assessment error. Site visit will be scheduled in the Spring when proper measurements of lot frontage can be measured.

     MOTION, moved by George Forcier, seconded by Russell French: to grant abatement for R.P. reflecting omission of chapter land calculations for one parcel; and to grant abatement reflecting correction of effective year built (change to 1985) for the house.

     Pass: Aye: Russell French, George Forcier. Not Present: Lee Whitcomb.

     MOTION, moved by Russell French, seconded by George Forcier: to grant abatement to D.M-G reflecting a correction in acreage (minus 5.488).
