     - 5 real estate sales
     - 6 new listings since last meeting with only 3 still active
     - 20 new permits

   • - Sign off on previously approved real estate abatement

4. Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements

   • MOTION, moved by Lee Whitcomb, seconded by Russell French: to approve 2 motor vehicle excise warrants.

     Pass: Aye: Russell French, Lee Whitcomb. Abstain: George Forcier.

     MOTION, moved by Lee Whitcomb, seconded by Russell French: to approve 6 motor vehicle excise abatement applications.

     Pass: Aye: Russell French, Lee Whitcomb. Abstain: George Forcier.

   • General Discussion...
     - Lee attended a COR webinar on the upcoming recap
     - General discussion on what the ''recap'' is and how it works
     - Telephone values for FY24 already published. Central valuation system for phones and pipelines.
     - Need to get visits in for new growth
     - Roy Bishop already some of our info for Eversource. Needs WMASS Electric info so he can do values for that.
     - General discussion on the difference between our taxable values vs. sale prices; effective age and its impact on taxable values.
     - Conversion to new assessing program: new QDS program vs. Patriot Systems; problems with current program.

     MOTION, moved by Russell French, seconded by Lee Whitcomb: to withdraw motion made and held on April 18, 2023, ''to hire an independent professional assessor to visit and assess the values of the three board members homes.''.

     Pass: Aye: Russell French, Lee Whitcomb. Abstain: George Forcier.
