      MOTION, moved by Lee Whitcomb, seconded by Russell French: to change depreciation of porch from 11% to 40% and to change effective date built to 1990.

      C.H. present for discussion. Reviewed comparable houses for ''as built'' year. Discussed condition of porch compared to rest of home.

      Discussion on why two members feel it is necessary to bring in an outside professional to assess the values of the board members homes

      so the board can discuss how to go about the assessment process for the three members homes

      MOTION, moved by Russell French, seconded by Lee Whitcomb: to hire an independent professional assessor to visit and assess the values of the three board members homes.

    • - Estimated cost of conversion to a new assessing program is $24,000
