0. Meeting Preliminaries

   • Meeting Opened / Attendance Taken (see above).

   • Minutes Approved: Wed, Feb 1 - Assessors Meeting

1. New mail and invoices

   • - Review response from Ethics Board to Lee's questions

   • - Review ESRI annual quote

     MOTION, moved by Russell French, seconded by Lee Whitcomb: to accept the quote.

     Pass: Aye: Roxanne Parent, Russell French, Lee Whitcomb.

   • - Review of Cartographic annual contract. Will bring back after clarification received.

2. Recent sales, new listings, and new permits

   • - (1) RE transfer; (1) new listing; and (11) new permits reviewed

3. New growth and any other data changes

   • - Watershed land, under Ch59 s5D, qualifies for payment in lieu of taxes.

   • - Determined that the Commonwealth owns the land under the road on North Poland Road. Will research further to see if there is additional land surrounding the road that they may own.

4. Visits and values

   • - Lee would like to see regular site visits on Tuesday afternoons and one Saturday per month.

5. Progress on property record card presentation

   • - More code descriptions needed

6. Continue discussion on conflict of interest and board member home visits

   • - See agenda item #1

7. Other business

   • - (11) motor vehicle excise abatement applications reviewed.

     MOTION, moved by Lee Whitcomb, seconded by Russell French: to approval the (11) applications.
