     1 sales verification form returned (from buyer of Bardwells Ferry Rd. property
     1 invoices to pay - Mohawk Office Equipment and Marshall & Swift

     MOTION, moved by Lee Whitcomb, seconded by George Forcier: tp pay two invoices totaling $1,595.15.

     Pass: Aye: Russell French, Lee Whitcomb, George Forcier.

2. Recent sales, new listings, and new permits

   • General Discussion...
     1 real estate sale, 3 real estate convenience transfers, zero new listings and 21 new permits

3. Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements

   • MOTION, moved by Lee Whitcomb, seconded by George Forcier: to approve one motor vehicle excise abatement application.

     Pass: Aye: Russell French, Lee Whitcomb, George Forcier.

4. Chapter applications

   • MOTION, moved by Lee Whitcomb, seconded by George Forcier: to accept 20 chapter land applications.

     Pass: Aye: Russell French, Lee Whitcomb, George Forcier.

5. Program Conversion

   • General Discussion...
     Lee and George will be bringing the new software contract to the Selectboard meeting for final approval before signing.

     MOTION, moved by Lee Whitcomb, seconded by George Forcier: to accept quote and sign contract for the software conversion, pending Selectboard approval.

     Pass: Aye: Russell French, Lee Whitcomb, George Forcier.

   • General Discussion...
     Lee to write up an ad to place for a trainee for her position as administrative assessor.
     
     Quick discussion on continued problems with current software and getting the correct extract to process the first round of FY25 tax bills.
