1. New mail and invoices

   • General Discussion...
     - discussion on letter sent to J.M. regarding chapter eligibility
     - sales verification form returned from buyer of E. Guinea Rd. property
     - documents re: the taking of land

     MOTION, moved by Russell French, seconded by George Forcier: to pay invoices from DOR (conference fees) and FCAA (annual dues).

     Pass: Aye: Russell French, Lee Whitcomb, George Forcier.

2. Recent sales, new listings, and new permits

   • General Discussion...
     - 2 sales since August 2nd meeting
     - 2 listings since August 2nd meeting
     - 28 new permits

3. Real Estate and Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements

   • MOTION, moved by Lee Whitcomb, seconded by Russell French: to approve four motor vehicle excise abatement applications.

     Pass: Aye: Russell French, Lee Whitcomb. Abstain: George Forcier.

4. Chapter applications

   • MOTION, moved by Lee Whitcomb, seconded by George Forcier: to grant renewals for thirty (30) applications for continued chapter enrollment for FY25.

     Pass: Aye: Russell French, Lee Whitcomb, George Forcier.

5. Site Visits

     Site visits will start up again in October

6. Update on Preliminary Values and Recap

   • General Discussion...
     Sent to our DOR advisor. Once she is done reviewing them, she will forward on to Boston for preliminary approval

     - Letter sent to P.C. regarding chapter enrollment needing to be discontinued due to ineligibility
     - Letter sent to C.H. explaining breakdown of FY23 tax bills, exemption, and abatements
     - review of changes to G.F. property card
