0. Meeting Preliminaries

1. New mail and invoices

   • - (2) new invoices. Corrected contract from Cartographic

     MOTION, moved by Russell French, seconded by Roxanne Parent: to pay two invoices.

     Pass: Aye: Roxanne Parent, Russell French, Lee Whitcomb.

     MOTION, moved by Lee Whitcomb, seconded by Russell French: to accept the amended contract from Cartographic.

     Pass: Aye: Roxanne Parent, Russell French, Lee Whitcomb.

2. Recent sales, new listings, and new permits

   • - No new listings; no new sales, however, (5) r/e transfers; (8) new permits

3. Visits and values, new growth and any other data changes

   • - no new site visits since previous meeting / no data changes

4. Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements

   • - Review for approval (8) motor vehicle excise abatement applications

     MOTION, moved by Lee Whitcomb, seconded by Russell French: to grant all applications as presented.

     Pass: Aye: Roxanne Parent, Russell French, Lee Whitcomb.

5. Other business

   • - Review final adjustments for C.H. abatement applications

     MOTION, moved by Russell French, seconded by Lee Whitcomb: to approve abatement as calculated.

     Pass: Aye: Russell French, Lee Whitcomb. Abstain: Roxanne Parent.

   • - General discussion of watershed properties regarding payments in lieu of taxes

   • - (1) personal exemption application

     MOTION, moved by Lee Whitcomb, seconded by Russell French: to approve exemption application.

     Pass: Aye: Roxanne Parent, Russell French, Lee Whitcomb.

   • - ConComm deemed J.M property as buildable. The board will look at the abatement application again next meeting.

   • - Review business returns and 3ABC forms (exempt property) received to date.
