     - Lowering condition of barn/shed on M.B. property; need to add hoop house and value them.
     
     - New shed on J.P. property; grade and condition decided, calculate for new growth and revisit next meeting.
     
     - New barn on R.M. property; grade and condition decided; calculate for new growth and revisit next meeting.
     
     - Grade and condition of M.R. property discussed; calculate for new growth and revisit next meeting.
     
     - New shed on S.M. property; grade and condition discussed; calculate for new growth and revisit next meeting.

     MOTION, moved by Lee Whitcomb, seconded by Russell French: to accept changes as made to the E.M. property.

   • - No discussion

8. Continue discussion on conflict of interest and board member home visits

   • - Letter resent; waiting for response. Revisit next meeting.

   • - Discussed retention for social media posts and comments on those posts. Poster's responsibility to retain these as public record.

   • - Revisited budget to see if expense request could be lowered for next fiscal year.
