  1. Meeting Preliminaries

    • 5:05 pm: Signing - One Installer's Permit approved and signed by the Board

  4. Title V Agent report

    • 5:06: by Carl Nelke - Approved Septic Installation Plan for 670 Shelburne Falls Road

  5. Health and Wellness report

    • 5:15 pm: by Jackie Choate - Bivalent is not available (both Moderna and Pfizer). Soon to be available for children. The ''old style'' boosters can no be given. Franklin County has bumped up in daily average of cases. Averaging 15 new cases per day. 1 in 5 have been infected. The past 14 day change we are plus 91%. COVID vaccination clinic on September 30th 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Deerfield Elementary School.

  6. Food Services and Inspections

    • 5:30 pm: - (1) one-day food permit granted for a Festival of the Hills vendor

  7. Animal / Barn Inspector update

    • 5:32 pm: - Tilda has found an old add for an AI and will bring it in to next meeting. Will place add in the November Conway Currents. We can put in in the on-line version of the Currents as well as the Town Website.

  8. ''Priority Brainstorm'' to discuss what the BOH wants to focus on

    • 5:35 pm: Tabled - This item tabled until the next meeting.

    • 5:55 pm: Oversight Board Meeting - Baseline Capacity Assessment. Some of the assessment will be completed by FRCOG; individually, each member of our board will be getting their own survey to complete. Survey will contain questions regarding staff, training, educational programs, etc.
