A letter needs to be sent to the Pleasant's regarding concerns with the property boundaries between their land and the town's property.

6:15: Joint Meeting with Finance Committee - Review of and vote on warrant articles.
General Discussion...
The Finance committee was called to order at 6:23 and adjourned at 7:07.
They discussed Article 20 which was clarified to be a house keeping item allowing the treasurer and tax collector to deal directly with banks. It was a 3 to 0 in favor vote.
The COLA was discussed as being a salary adjustment of 2%. The Select Board was in favor 3 to 0 for the 2% adjustment.
The Select Board went on to vote 3 to 0 in favor of the warrant articles up to number 32, with the exception of Article 12 involving the purchase of a chipper. For this article the vote was 2 to 1 with Phil voting against. The remaining articles will be voted on during the May 1st meeting and the warrant will be signed.

Ashfield sent a thank you note for Conway offering the emergency shelter for its citizens during the snow storm.
Eversource will be spraying herbicides along their right-of-way areas in town. The Town of Conway has no control over this.
Franklin County Technical School is selling young trees for $90 if anyone wants to purchase one.
