New transfer station vehicle permit decals are available now at the Town Office. You will need to bring your vehicle registration. See Latest News below for more information.
MassDOT has determined that the bridge at Bardwells Ferry is unsafe for travel, and has been closed as of Thursday, August 24th. Alternate routes are Shelburne Falls Road or Route 116. We have no information at this time about how long the closure is expected to last, but will update with more information as we receive it. Pedestrians and bikes are currently allowed to continue to use the bridge.
Adams Rd and Harrison Rd. have access to the Residents. Main Poland Rd. closed to thru traffic. Main Poland (from 116 to North Poland) No THRU Traffic. Fields Hill is open. Please check the Highway Department facebook page or the Police Department facebook page for more information on road conditions.
